Oops! I bought the wrong bag. How do I swap my online order?
Is your Totem bag just not fitting as it should? Maybe you’re not happy with the colour? Whatever your reason, we are happy to receive your bag back in exchange for another if your order is 7 days old or less, unused, and sent back in its original packaging.

Remember to first see our handy size guide (Click Here) to ensure that you’re getting the right bag for your back. Not only are the correct measurements essential for comfort, but they also go a long way in protecting the posture of your back or the back of your child.
Following collection:
- We'll arrange for one of our preferred couriers to receive your product
- Ensure that your product is received unused and in its original packaging
- We will then evaluate the product's condition
- Upon approval, the full value of your purchase will be refunded, less the cost of the courier
