How long will my delivery take?
Standard delivery takes between 2-7 working days depending on your location.
Please Note: During the "Back to School" season (January), high order volumes may cause delays. We strongly recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

During the peak Back to School period, our warehouse and courier partners handle a significant volume of orders.
Potential Delays: Please allow an additional 2 - 3 working days on top of the standard estimates below.
Courier Capacity: National couriers are often stretched during this time, which can impact scanning and delivery speeds.
Recommendation: Place your order as early as possible to ensure your gear arrives before the first day of school.
1. Order Processing (Warehouse Time)
Before shipping, we must pick, pack, and check your schoolbags.
Standard Processing: 1-2 working days.
Peak Processing: Up to 2-3 working days (during January).
2. Standard Transit Times (Once Shipped)
Once your order is handed over to the courier, the following estimated transit times apply.

3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the courier's website, especially during peak periods.
