Can I track my shipment?

Summary: The fastest way to track your delivery is by using your Totem Order Number on our website. You do not need to know which specific courier was used. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

1. The Easiest Way: Use Your Order Number

Because we use various courier partners (via the BobGo network), we have a central tracking page that works for everyone.

  1. Go to the Totem Tracking Page.

  2. Enter your Totem Order Number (e.g., #12345) and your email address.

  3. Click "Track" to see the live status and which courier is handling your parcel.

2. Check Your Email

When your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends an email notification.

  • What to look for: Search your inbox for "Totem" and "Shipment" or "Tracking".

  • What's inside: This email contains a clickable link that takes you directly to the courier's live tracking page.

  • Note: If you don't see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder before logging a ticket.

3. Troubleshooting: "Tracking ID Not Found"

This is the most common issue, but it is usually temporary.

  • The Delay: Once we pack your bag, we generate a label. However, the tracking link will only work after the courier physically scans the parcel at their depot.

  • The Solution: Please wait 24 hours (or 48 hours during the January Back-to-School rush) after receiving the email for the tracking to go live.

  • Still not working? If 48 hours have passed and the link is still invalid, please contact our support team.
