How do I claim my guarantee?

Good news! We’re sure we can help.

If you've bought your Totem swag in-store, the best thing to do is to get in touch with the retailer. Rest assured that we approved them for a reason, so they’ll know exactly how to help.

Simply contact the store in question directly at a time that’s most convenient to you and request a Totem repair. You’ll have to take your proof of purchase and/or registration details along with you when taking your product in.

Online return submissions are super simple; we just need a few things from you to get the ball rolling. 

All you need to do is complete our online claim form and attach the below required supporting pics.

  • One photo of the whole bag
  • One photos displaying the problem
  • One photo of the production code (found inside the bag)
  • Proof of purchase or email confirmation of your guarantee’s registration
