1. "Coming Soon" (Temporarily Out of Stock)
If the status is set to Coming Soon, it means new stock is already on the way to our warehouse.
Can I pre-order it? No. We do not accept payments for items until they are physically in our warehouse.
What should I do? Please check the website regularly. As soon as the stock lands and is unpacked, the button will change to "Add to Cart" immediately.
2. "Sold Out" (No Stock Available)
If the status is set to Sold Out, it means we have reached the end of our allocation for this item.
Will it come back? Most likely not for the current season. Our designs are seasonal; while we occasionally bring back popular prints in future years, there is no guarantee.
Recommendation: Do not wait for a "Sold Out" item to return. We recommend browsing our other collections to find a similar style that is currently available to avoid disappointment.
3. Why you should order early
We aim to ensure www.totembags.co.za has the widest range of designs available in South Africa. However, stock moves very fast, especially in December and January.
Live Inventory: Our website reflects our live warehouse levels. If you can't add it to your cart, we unfortunately do not have a "secret stash" in the back.
Avoid Disappointment: If you see a bag you love, we strongly suggest buying it immediately rather than waiting, as we cannot reserve stock in your cart.
